Resumo: Customer satisfaction is very important for any business because it is from that customers shows their dissatisfaction or glamour for the product or service. However, measure the level of satisfaction is not a simple process. Even though there are many methods, such as forms of satisfaction surveys or interviews, those methods are often not interesting for the consumer, because it can be time consuming, impractical or intimidating. Thus, this study aimed to develop a multiplatform system able to collect customer feedback through interactive surveys forms, quickly and efficiently in order to measure the level of satisfaction regarding the product or service, generating synthetic reports based on the survey’s results. In the development of this system was used the Unified Process as an development process. It is hoped that, with this work, the created system can be applied in real environments, helping businesses better understand their customers, and identify the problems and qualities of their business.
