Resumo: Today we are living in a time when social networks are part of the routine of many people around the world. Benefits such as facilitating access to information can become somewhat negative because there are people who want to use social networks as a tool to manipulate and influence opinions. Using the social network Twitter, it is intended to evaluate sentiments about tweets of a certain subject, with the aid of tools of sentiment analysis (Microsoft Azure, Repustate and Meaning Cloud) that will also have their performance evaluated.
