Due to being a recent issue, the lack of understanding of the subject implies a difficulty in understand what aspects are needed by organizations to implement Industry 4.0, as well as the benefits provided and changes required in the organization. This paper is a systematic review of literature that aims to identify and analyze what are the main impacts of Industry 4.0 on organizations. Two article portfolios were considered. The bibliometric analysis was based on a broader article portfolio in order to understand the structure of the research theme. The qualitative analysis was performed with the help of the NVivo 12 software from a portfolio of articles selected through the application of Methodi Ordinatio methodology, in order to identify and discuss relevant aspects related to the impacts caused by Industry 4.0 on organizations. There has been a great growth in publications on the subject, as well as the importance of Germany and the existence of relevant research groups in China and Italy. Six macro areas were identified in which the impacts of Industry 4.0 are manifested in organizations, in addition to the main research themes. Thus, the overview offered by the systematic review of literature on the subject was presented, in order to make more evident the impacts of Industria 4.0 on the organizations and prepare them for the changes coming from this new industrial era. A Indústria 4.0, termo que representa a 4ª Revolução Industrial, é uma tendência para o setor produtivo e vem ganhando espaço nas discussões com o aumento de estudos e publicações sobre o tema. Por se tratar de um tema recente, a falta de compreensão da temática implica em uma dificuldade para entender quais são os aspectos necessários pelas organizações para implementar a Indústria 4.0, bem como os benefícios propiciados e mudanças exigidas na organização. Este trabalho trata-se de uma revisão sistemática de literatura que visa identificar e analisar quais são os principais impactos da Indústria 4.0 nas organizações. Foram considerados 2 portfólios de artigos. A análise bibliométrica foi baseada em um portfólio de artigos mais amplo com intuito de entender a estrutura deste tema de pesquisa. Já a análise de conteúdo foi realizada com o auxílio do software NVivo 12 a partir de um portfólio de artigos selecionado através da aplicação da metodologia Methodi Ordinatio, com o intuito de identificar e discutir aspectos relevantes relacionados aos impactos ocasionados pela Indústria 4.0 nas organizações. Foi constatado um grande crescimento nas publicações sobre o tema, bem como a importância da Alemanha e a existência de grupos de pesquisa relevantes na China e na Itália. Foram identificadas 6 macro áreas nas quais os impactos da Indústria 4.0 se manifestam nas organizações, além das principais temáticas de pesquisa.
