This work is characterized by the presentation of the company SOJAEXPORT’s soybean flow which begins in their facility on Campus Gerais region and ends at the Port of Paranaguá. Another focus is identifying the logistics constraints and the costs caused by climate changes. In order to outline the logistic’s export chain of the company and their costs, some factors such as storage capacity, transportation costs, storage costs and the port’s limitations of infrastructure were analyzed. Finally, for the measurement of logistic costs, the percentages of rain and possible losses due to delay were analyzed, as well as other specific events occurred in the harvests of 2015 and 2016. |
