This course conclusion work it is the development of a prototype to control the
brewing process in the manufacture of craft beer. Due to the growth of the beer market by special beers, this motivated the development of this work, which consists first of the detailed study of the individual steps of the homemade brewing process, and after that the study of the elements necessary to the development of a prototype to control a brewing plant. Conceived of such concepts the project was developed based on the microcontrolled platform Arduino Mega 2560, along with peripherals to make the control and monitoring of the variables of the brewing process. In this way the project was executed and its results presented. |
