The paper included the development of a Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), according to the methodology proposed in De Cicco and Fantazzini (1979), with scope to issues of Health and Safety in typical plant extraction and bottling of mineral water. The PHA was developed from the description of the main activities, determined from the literature review, survey of applicable standards and visits to plants. As a result it was developed a Preliminary Hazard Analysis of eight major tasks performed in the production process, with classification of occupational risks and presentation of preventive measures. |
