Resumo: Safety rules in the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) is an integral part of an aircraft operation to obtain good results. The rapid expansion of UAV requires a study that enables the integration of these devices in the airspace that is currently allocated to other manned aircraft, without, however, affecting the safety of flight. This study aims to describe rules, guidelines and recommendations for operational safety as set down the instructions and manuals of the Air Force Command in force in the country, in order to ensure the safety of crew and passengers aboard commercial aircraft, as well as the integrity physical persons in soil and protection of buildings on land. The methodology used was mainly focused a visit to Subdivision of the Air Traffic Management and Subdivision of Military Operations of the Second Integrated Center for Air Defense and Air Traffic Control - CINDACTA II. The data obtained demonstrated the regulations and operating procedures Remotely Piloted Aircraft of a the Brazilian Airspace.
