This research is a case study in Paraná State College located in Curitiba. Aiming to examine the high school teachers' working conditions, working in college classrooms, by applying the methodology of ergonomic analysis of work - AET. It has been found through research that the age range and well distributed and the level of education is a college and with over ten years of service. Through questionnaire and analyze the activity detected that the biggest complaints regarding pain are related to the cervical region (neck and cervical spine) and upper limbs (shoulder, arm and hands) followed lumbar spine. Teacher's activity provides the appearance of these pain due to repetitive work, application of force, twisting motion and accelerated pace of work. The organizational, environmental and equipment also contributes to the problem of classrooms. Since teachers have a hard day's work, the adoption of a bad posture coupled with inadequate equipment, contributing to the increase in pain. The study concludes that the teaching activity, by its operational, organizational characteristics, contributes significantly to the development of muscle problems and occupational health. |
