Effective improvement of working conditions requires collaboration between designers,
experts in occupational health and workers themselves. Superficial application by the designers of rules based on intuition or control activities by occupational healthprofessionals are insufficient to design tasks and safe, healthy and productive jobs. To be effective, collaboration entails working tools enabling a real evaluation of the work situation. This work aims at evaluating the organizational ergonomic factors, such as routine activities, incorrect postures and use of inadequate equipment to the employee within a bank branch in the city of Telêmaco Borba – PR, to obtain information on how the company is developing the human factor in the work environment and how the present conditions affect the performance of your employees in their daily activities. A questionnaire was developed and has been applied to the direct employees of the company, through the data obtained it was concluded that there are inadequacies in ergonomic work environment that influence employee performance and the frequency of localized symptoms are also identified. |
