The service sector is seen as a likely way for many professionals in a market where industrial development was becoming ever more present in society. The training appears as a decisive factor to maintain a professional ready to serve this market. Currently, the service sector feels the need to innovate and at the same time, keeping its costs competitive work. For this to be possible only with the use of techniques such as quality tools that enable the management of a training model, taking into account the real needs of the customer and the current market. This paper aims to present the QFD tool and propose its use in planning a training company focused on the area of safety. |
