This research presents as objective main a study on the difficulties of if applying a plan of emergency against fire in one buffet of infantile party. Approaching the concepts on fire, plan of emergency and brigade to assist in the case study, beyond exemplify accidents already occurred in similar places to the study environment, demonstrating the risk and the necessity in to have a team trained for emergency situations. The case studied was applied in a buffet of infantile party, located in Curitiba-PR city, composition for two halls of parties. A brief questionnaire composed of 4 questions was applied to evaluate the knowledge of the officials about fire fighting and evacuation. In addition, through a study visit, a checklist was developed to identify the presence of some fire-fighting devices required by the Fire Department of Paraná, demonstrating that although the site has these devices, some flags were incorrectly installed and fire extinguishers may not be as efficient due to the lack of professional knowledge in handling them. Through visits and rendering of services in the place, some problems had been pointed that make it difficult the success and/or implantation of a Plan of Emergency against fire, like: difficulty in having a team trained due to rotation of employees, inexistence of emergency exit, next impossibility to make simulated of evacuation to the real conditions, as well as the difficulty to a large extent of the floating population would be composed for a public of children. Para ter maior eficiência na evacuação da população em um ambiente com ocorrência de incêndio, é ideal a implantação de um Plano de emergência, bem como treinamentos e simulados. Esta pesquisa apresenta como objetivo principal um estudo sobre as dificuldades de se aplicar um Plano de Emergência contra incêndio em um buffet de festa infantil. Abordando os conceitos sobre incêndio, Plano de Emergência e brigada, bem como observando acidentes ocorridos que exemplificam incêndios em locais similares ao ambiente de estudo, é possível desenvolver este estudo de caso, demonstrando o risco e a necessidade de se ter uma equipe treinada para situações de emergência. O cenário analisado foi aplicado em um buffet de festa infantil, localizado no município de Curitiba-PR, composto por dois salões de festas. Foi aplicado um breve questionário composto por 4 perguntas para avaliar o conhecimento dos funcionários sobre combate à incêndio e evacuação. Além disso, através de visitas no local de estudo, foi elaborado um check list para identificar a presença de alguns dispositivos de combate ao incêndio exigido pelo Corpo de Bombeiros do Paraná, demonstrando que apesar de o local possuir esses dispositivos, alguns sinalizadores foram instalados incorretamente e extintores podem não ser tão eficientes devido a falta de conhecimento dos profissionais em manuseá-los. Através de visitas e prestação de serviços no local, foram apontados alguns problemas que dificultam o sucesso e/ou implantação de um Plano de Emergência contra incêndio, como: dificuldade em ter uma equipe treinada devido à rotatividade de funcionários, inexistência de saída de emergência, impossibilidade de fazer simulados de evacuação próximos às condições reais, bem como a dificuldade em grande parte da população flutuante ser composta por um público de crianças. 2020-11-20T20:33:01Z 2020-11-20T20:33:01Z 2018-05-29 specializationThesis TISSEI, Paula Letícia.
