This work aims to identify and evaluate the main risks that are present in the buildings maintenance activities for six case studies around Curitiba PR. The applied methodology in the study was based on bibliographic references of the subject. It was elaborated a report that establishes an interview form, which contained five parts: (I) identification of the person interviewed; (ii) characterization of the company; (iii) identification of the main pathologies found in the services, types of agents and degrees of risk present in the main activities that are provided by the companies; (iv) and which procedures were adopted by the companies in order to avoid workplace accidents. The results demonstrated that there is a predominance of services in facades, which is caused by the improper use of materials, unskilled labor, time service, and also due to the absence of a preventive maintenance program. In terms of level of the risks, it is classified to be level 5 for activities related to facades, due to height of the workstation, lack of specific training and norms of work safety. |
