The applied methodology in the study was based on bibliographic references of the subject. It was elaborated a report that establishes an interview form, which contained five parts: (I) identification of the person interviewed; (ii) characterization of the company; (iii) identification of the main pathologies found in the services, types of agents and degrees of risk present in the main activities that are provided by the companies; (iv) and which procedures were adopted by the companies in order to avoid workplace accidents. The results demonstrated that there is a predominance of services in facades, which is caused by the improper use of materials, unskilled labor, time service, and also due to the absence of a preventive maintenance program. In terms of level of the risks, it is classified to be level 5 for activities related to facades, due to height of the workstation, lack of specific training and norms of work safety. A presente monografia tem como objetivo identificar e avaliar os principais riscos presentes nas atividades de manutenção predial no caso de seis (6) empresas na cidade de Curitiba PR. A metodologia utilizada foi um estudo com base em referências bibliográficas sobre o assunto, a realização de um formulário de entrevista que foi dividido em cinco (5) partes sendo, identificação da pessoa entrevistada, da caracterização da empresa, identificação das principais patologias encontradas nos serviços de manutenção, origens destas patologias, e os tipos de agentes e graus de riscos presentes nos principais serviços prestados pelas referidas empresas, e quais os procedimentos eram adotados pelas empresas, de maneira a evitar acidentes de trabalho. O resultado obtido foi que há um predomínio de serviços em fachadas, e que suas origens estão no uso inadequado de materiais, no uso de mão de obra não especializada, no tempo de execução dos serviços, e na inexistência de um programa de manutenção preventiva, já em relação aos riscos o risco é de grau 5 nas atividades de fachadas, devido ao trabalho em altura, e a falta de treinamentos específicos e de normas de segurança do trabalho. 2020-11-20T20:33:26Z 2020-11-20T20:33:26Z 2018-06-08 specializationThesis FERREIRA, Raffael Rodrigues.
