This research is part of the proposal that considers the song a great ally of the teacher to reach his/her goals. Seeking out exemplify how the use of lyrics genre can contribute in the process of child literacy, we intend to enlarge the recognition of the different types of genres by the student. To this end, the present survey deals with the use of the song A Tartaruga e o Lobo as a resource on literacy for children in the first grade of elementary school named Colégio Ferreira Prado, located in the city of Jales, São Paulo, promoting, thus, the breakthrough in the process of reading and writing, as well as attitudes of interaction, cooperation and exchange of experiences in groups. At the end, it is aspired to provide the suggestion to primary school teachers, aiming to offer them subsidies to the viability of a child pleasurable, formative and healthy contact with the world of letters, although this is a demonstration, by means of some activities within the methodology applied with a group of 15 students, how can be developed it in the phase of literacy, as well as develop the sensitivity of learners, making them more freedom and safe to learn to read and write. |
