The quality management became an indispensable requirement for all companies that intend to compete and ensure its place in the labor market. It's applied for the purpose of improving and controlling the services and products guaranteeing a final product with a high level of quality and with competitive advantages, as well as exceeding the expectations of the final customer. This paper uses an essential element in quality management, Service Verification Forms, in one organization of the civil construction sector, to track, quantify and eliminate nonconformities through case study - research based on field work, where the data were obtained through observations and measurements. It shows that the search for elimination or reduction of error is essential for the company, so that it stays in the market. The study points out the easy and practicality use of the service verification forms that, although being simple, bring excellent results: improvement to the efficiency of the installations according to the progress of the execution accompanied with the monitoring of the service verification forms, decreasing occurrences in the later stages along with the progress of the work, allowing immediate results when used correctly. |
