This work has the objective to offer improvement in the use of tools of quality, to control the executive projects directed to civil building and that way assure the traceability of projects handed in building. The work offers the company the objective of studies, introductory steps with base in an existence model already used by the company, making it more efficient in terms of Project traceability. That way all the project circulation process, since the authorization of use by the projectors to its use in building was observed, and studied in a way of identifying and classifying the steps of distributions of the projects. All the quality tools currently existing in the company to trace the document were checked through the order of routine, and observation of efficiency of the responsible group involved was analyzed. The methodology used for the development of the study was a collection of datas through the order of processes, and analyzes of efficiency of the actual process, and this flaws through difficulties found and discussed during the process the quality documents were also analyzed to check if they are correctly applied. At the end of the study, the result was that it is possible to apply perfection in the process of documents and papers work traceability control applied currently. It was suggested an improvement model in the use of tools and paper work of control. After observation and account of difficulties found. In which it is possible to identify which projects were delivered to the responsible in the building site, and which projects are obsolete, and make possible the trace down of these copies. |
