The work offers the company the objective of studies, introductory steps with base in an existence model already used by the company, making it more efficient in terms of Project traceability. That way all the project circulation process, since the authorization of use by the projectors to its use in building was observed, and studied in a way of identifying and classifying the steps of distributions of the projects. All the quality tools currently existing in the company to trace the document were checked through the order of routine, and observation of efficiency of the responsible group involved was analyzed. The methodology used for the development of the study was a collection of datas through the order of processes, and analyzes of efficiency of the actual process, and this flaws through difficulties found and discussed during the process the quality documents were also analyzed to check if they are correctly applied. At the end of the study, the result was that it is possible to apply perfection in the process of documents and papers work traceability control applied currently. It was suggested an improvement model in the use of tools and paper work of control. After observation and account of difficulties found. In which it is possible to identify which projects were delivered to the responsible in the building site, and which projects are obsolete, and make possible the trace down of these copies. Este trabalho tem por objetivo propor melhorias para o uso das ferramentas da qualidade para controle dos projetos executivos destinados às obras civil e desta forma garantir a rastreabilidade de projetos distribuídos em obra. O trabalho propõe a empresa objeto de estudo, iniciativas com base em um modelo preexistente já empregado pela mesma, que a torne mais eficiente em termos de rastreabilidade de projetos. Para tanto, todo o processo de circulação de projeto, desde a sua liberação para execução pelos projetistas até a distribuição em obra foi observado e estudado de forma a identificar e classificar as etapas da distribuição dos projetos. Todas as ferramentas de qualidade existentes atualmente na empresa para rastreio dos documentos foram levantadas através de acompanhamento da rotina, e observações de sua eficácia junto a equipe responsável envolvida foi analisada. A metodologia empregada para o desenvolvimento do estudo foi a coleta de dados através de acompanhamento dos processos, análise da eficácia do processo atual e de suas falhas através das dificuldades encontradas e discutidas durante o processo. Os documentos da qualidade também foram analisados a fim de verificar se estão sendo corretamente aplicados. Ao final do estudo, o resultado encontrado foi que é possível aplicar melhorias no processo de documentação de controle de rastreabilidade aplicado atualmente. Foi sugerido um modelo de melhoria no uso das ferramentas e documentação do controle, após a observação e relatos das dificuldades encontradas. Nesta é possível identificar quais projetos já foram entregues aos responsáveis no canteiro de obras e quais projetos estão obsoletos e tornar possível o rastreio dessas cópias. O resultado encontrado foi que é essencial manter as ferramentas da qualidade, como a guia de remessa de documentos, lista mestra e carimbar os projetos com o carimbo de cópia controlada, preenchidas de forma correta pois estas permitiram a rastreabilidade dos projetos no caso de uma consulta futura.
