This research presents an approach to the costs of construction related to projects
that are built for the My Home My Life program. The objective of this work is to
compare the 9 home club projects that are part of the program and to identify the
main variances that directly interfere with the final cost of the projects. The projects
are located in the metropolitan areas of Curitiba - Paraná and are the responsibility of
a single Construction Company. In this way, it was necessary to compile the data of
the 9 projects under study, to reorganize the project analytical structure (EAP) of the
same and to compare them with each other. The study presented main divergences
of costs in the stages of Infrastructure, retaining walls and communitarian equipment
of the condominiums. The cost of housing remained constant at an average of R $
650.00 per square meter of constructed area. Thus, with the divergences analyzed, it
is concluded that the costs of the projects related to the Minha Casa Minha Vida
program become a variable variable and directly influenced by the type of land, the
basic infrastructure conditions that must be adequate to the needs of the enterprise
and also by the combinations of leisure areas defined for the project. |
