The objective of this work is to compare the 9 home club projects that are part of the program and to identify the main variances that directly interfere with the final cost of the projects. The projects are located in the metropolitan areas of Curitiba - Paraná and are the responsibility of a single Construction Company. In this way, it was necessary to compile the data of the 9 projects under study, to reorganize the project analytical structure (EAP) of the same and to compare them with each other. The study presented main divergences of costs in the stages of Infrastructure, retaining walls and communitarian equipment of the condominiums. The cost of housing remained constant at an average of R $ 650.00 per square meter of constructed area. Thus, with the divergences analyzed, it is concluded that the costs of the projects related to the Minha Casa Minha Vida program become a variable variable and directly influenced by the type of land, the basic infrastructure conditions that must be adequate to the needs of the enterprise and also by the combinations of leisure areas defined for the project. Esta pesquisa apresenta uma abordagem sobre os custos de construções relacionados a empreendimentos que são construídos para o programa Minha Casa Minha Vida. O objetivo do trabalho é realizar um comparativo entre 9 empreendimentos home clube que fazem parte do programa e identificar quais são as principais variâncias que interferem diretamente no custo final dos empreendimentos. Os empreendimentos estão localizados nas regiões metropolitanas de Curitiba – Paraná e são de responsabilidade de uma única Construtora. Desta forma, fez-se necessário compilar os dados dos 9 empreendimentos em estudo, reorganizar a estrutura analítica de projeto (EAP) das mesmas e compará-las entre si. O estudo apresentou principais divergências de custos nas etapas de Infraestrutura, muros de contenções e equipamentos comunitários dos condomínios. Já o custo da habitação, se manteve constante na média de R$650,00 por metro quadrado de área construída. Assim, com as divergências analisadas, conclui-se que os custos dos empreendimentos relacionados ao programa Minha Casa Minha Vida, torna-se um dado variável e diretamente influenciado pelo tipo de terreno, pelas condições básicas de infraestrutura que devem ser adequadas as necessidades do empreendimento e ainda, pelas combinações das áreas de lazer definidas para o projeto. 2020-11-23T14:12:35Z 2020-11-23T14:12:35Z 2019-07-05 bachelorThesis DOMBROSKI, Mariele Cristina.
