The competitiveness between construction companies and the current economic situation in the country has required the rationalization of construction methods in order to increase the quality of the product and decrease the costs and execution time of the buildings. Therefore, the chosen theme aims to comparatively analyze two constructive systems of vertical seals: masonry with ceramic blocks and masonry with solid gypsum block through a study of productivity, cost and waste generation obtained in two distinct constructions. Through the collected data, it was possible to calculate the productivity and the unit cost of the systems using TCPO and SINAPI table (CAIXA). The results indicate that the system with gypsum blocks has better productivity and higher cost in relation to the system with ceramic blocks. In terms of sustainability, the gypsum blocks presented less waste when compared to conventional masonry. The parameters analyzed allowed the verification of the feasibility of gypsum blocks for residential buildings. |
