This present theoretical and descriptive research approach to project management vision for Telecom operators, focusing on the description of the responsibilities of the main technical areas that support the business model in Brazil. Discusses about the project management concepts applicable to any business and its theories, passing a second time to the generic description of each area that has direct influence on the operation installation in a new location. Displays areas of engineering division of concepts based on their expertise within the concept of telecommunications, on main technical functions and some of its network performance indicators that drive the quality of the installed network. |
