Resumo: This final project has as main theme, to present a case of application of Artificial Intelligence tools within a teaching institution, having as main focus the support to Educational Management. For this, the platform of Artificial Intelligence - Watson, of IBM was used. This platform has a range of resources available for application, so it is imperative to know what level and category of artificial intelligence is intended to work, so that there is no divergence in the results presented by the IA tools and in the objective that is sought to achieve. In this work, the systems chosen were Personality Insights and Tone Analyzer. The first works with the analysis of personal characteristics and the second seeks emotion and communication styles, both of which use textual analysis or oral communication as a database. A case study was carried out at a College in the Municipality of Curitiba - PR, denominated in a fictitious Case Ortigara form with data from students who graduated in the year 2016. The monographs written by these alumni for the IB test were used (international Baccalaureate). The institution hopes that from this experiment, new horizons can open up about the application of technological tools that will support all sectors, not only the core business of the Institution, but also, the whole administration, making from this work , Insituição, within its vision of innovation in the educational segment, continues to seek a differential to aggregate in its pedagogical management, through the use of technology. Nowadays it is inevitable not to accept that technologies are becoming increasingly strategic differentials, ICTs act as a disruptive link between traditional management models and the new innovative models, which use technological applications and resources as support which are being made available day after day.
