We know that communication is extremely important in our society. However, to what extent can this same communication be and should be important within an organization? Business communication is among the most important aspects of communication, and when there are problems in this, countless are the negative consequences for the medium. In order to avoid this kind of problem, there are systems that are used to facilitate day to day organizational communication. Called Communication Systems, they are tools used by employees to standardize and also organize how and where communication will occur. It may be for internal or internal communication only, systems need to be introduced to the company in a careful way, avoiding rejection by employees. In this study, we had the opportunity to study a start up of Information Technology in order to understand the accomplishment of this company and the importance of communication within it. It was visualized the current problem of communication within the company, and after analyzing the needs of the company, it was proposed the implementation of an initially free communication system. As a result, there was an improvement in the team's internal and external communication, task time optimization and fewer cases of errors caused by lack of communication among those involved. |
