Analyzing the challenges of the educational environment, the need for improvements has become evident, especially with regard to adult education. However, it was noted that the problem goes beyond teaching and that only from the complete vision on the part of the student is it possible to make a reliable collection of information. As well as the quantitative and qualitative analysis of these, allowing different diagnoses in different parts of the process. Through the correct application of a questionnaire is that the necessary data will be collected and the identification of possible failures in the teaching-learning process, making possible the resolution of these. |
