This work aims to carry out an impact analysis of the formulation of an IT management policy in public authorities, especially in the legislature , with the Municipality of Curitiba as a case study . For this analysis were done literature surveys about the situation where similar plans are in other public institutions ; which used tools and practices that are suited better to the particularities of public environments . Was applied even an interview with some managers of the institution, and questionnaire with some of the other servers , to determine what the current management environment of the House , in order to devise points subject to improvements and what the gains that could be targeted. Based on the literature review and data collection of interviews and questionnaires , it was found that the implementation of an IT management policy in this public agency would be a complicated and low success rate task, given the current management culture problems and difficulty of intersectoral communication, dismantle any possibility of a more cohesive and formal management arrangement. |
