Resumo: This article address a proposal to design a methodology for the use of an effective system of performance indicators deployment to maximize results and competitiveness of organizations. Continuous improvement and the thought in lean production, emphasizes the importance of the use of performance indicators for management of competitiveness. In view of these aspects, it is essential to seek new forms of management and, therefore, companies use numerous methodologies that aim to meet and measure efficiently and effectively through indicators and targets, allowing the evaluation, control and setting action plans to correct deviations from the plan, and so achieve maximum performance of organizations, consistent and systemic maintain competitiveness. In conducting this article, we used the method of exploratory and qualitative literature with simple type case study. The case were performed in an auto parts company in assembly processes and machining components, in order to propose a deployment and monitoring methodology of management indicators involved in the production process to the process level. As a conclusion once, the company has defined good performance indicators, it must be considered as a tool for managing results and clearly provide a constant figure of the business and important indicator monitored at each organizational level, thus ensuring the involvement and motivation of people in all levels in pursuit of the overall result.
