Resumo: This research has as its theme the use of technologies in teaching and learning. Its main goal is to understand how the technologies and the media are being used in the school context to facilitate student learning. Other objectives are to offer subsidies to the considerations on the use of technologies in teaching and learning; and promote reflections that can be useful to teachers in other educational contexts. The theoretical reference served in some authors, Moran (2000), Pierre Lévy (2015) Mario Sérgio Cortella (2016), Paulo Freire (1990), Anna Penido (Director of Inspirare-2015), SANTOS, Goncalves, AVELAR, (2017), CASTRO, LEE (2017). As for your nature, the research is qualitative and exploratory applied by setting as a case study. So the guiding question is given from the challenges faced by teachers in the face of digital technologies in teaching. For the study, defined the main methodological procedures such as: presentation of the research project to the professors; observations in some classes; completing the online questionnaire for teachers involved in the research; and finally the researcher asked those involved for a final discussion on, as the technology have been inserted in this school and what are the challenges faced by them, Thus, it is expected that the research results will contribute with guidelines on the involvement of students in class and on teacher-technology and its reflections on students ‘ learning.
