Resumo: This research presents a Community of Practice (CoP), here referred to as interorganizational, in the area of Business Process Management, with the aim of identifying deployment characteristics, forms of knowledge creation and other inscritores established conceptually. Proposes the creation of a conceptual model, supported in modeling processes and can assist in the creation of new interorganizational CoPs. For this, we analyzed the CoP concepts and practices of Knowledge Management, Process Management in particular, detecting correlations with current theories, especially in the area of organizational learning processes. When detecting new and possible correlations with current theories and consecrated, in particular in the area of Communities of Practice and Process Management, sought to establish the foundation for the process modeling of new types of associations with the same conceptual alignment of CoPs. This was a scientific research applied field, which included participant observation procedures, with specific protocols and questionnaires themselves, supported by the case study method.
