The growth of computer networks caused by the evolution of hardware devices and software solutions has made media such as email, chat room, IP telephony, and others essential for allowing a greater exchange of information among all. So companies began to provide a range of services, products and resources for both internal and external processes and consequently the need for an effective network management arises to keep a whole infrastructure available and with a high level of quality for those who access them. A series of research comes to power management is becoming more effective in detecting faults in equipment comprising a network structure. An effective and well parameterized system is able to predict and solve a problem and submit bug reports to who makes the network management. Therefore, this paper presents a case study to enable the implementation of an ANN - artificial neural network with the aim of identifying errors before and presents the impact of such adoption in an enterprise environment. |
