Study in a poultry slaughtering in order to verify the economic viability, sustainable and technique of deploying new equipment for on-line weighing system and prioritize the automatic return to weight adjustment and assembly of a system together for electronic note. The method used was to Payback, which analyzes the viability of the investment. The variation outside the particular pattern was recorded for investment payback time of analysis. Are expected to develop this project: the rapid payback, better administrative control of the industrial area, process automation to improve production control, improved process efficiency, reduced losses by weighing above the standard, weighing 100% of cases, perform electronic note taking greater control of the process. But the cost of installing the whole system and plant layout readjustment entails an investment not only supported by this analysis becoming unviable implementation. |
