Resumo: This work has as its theme an approach to the techniques used in the learning of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in the age group from zero to three years of age. Interviews with the teachers and the application of a questionnaire were carried out at a Municipal Infant Education Center in the city of Umuarama – Paraná to report on the methodologies used for the development of children with ADHD in early childhood education. The teachers emphasized the importance of using activities that stimulate the child’s concentration, logical reasoning, performing directed attention to the child seeking to provide greater attention, developing group activities, for children to assimilate commands, repeating the content several times and helping the child to complete the activities, emphasizing the change of tone of voice in the most important moments, providing audiovisual and sensorial stimuli, playful activities and finally, having a preestablished routine. The teachers reported that one of the greatest difficulties faced in the classroom is having the attention of the student with ADHD during the activities, as they are distracted with other children and with the stimuli of the environment. To reach the proposed goal with the students, they seek to develop activities that arouse interest both individually and in groups. They also highlighted the importance of having a specialized team for a differentiated service, which would contribute immensely to the development of the child. Finally, they emphasize the importance of qualified teachers for care and the importance of working together with the family.
