Resumo: This work has as its theme: The innovative practices used in the training of primary school teachers, which increasingly assume a major role in society. From the research problem generated the present work of conclusion of course: What innovative practices that teachers are using to make them more efficient in the process of teaching learning? And what are the wishes of the contemporary students? The purpose of the course completion work is to identify the methodologies that the teacher enjoys in the process of teaching learning. Emphasizing innovative practices within the classroom is encouraging the student to be the protagonist of their knowledge. In other words, these skills of innovation indicate to us the importance of the teachers to improve themselves, always seeking in the continued formations, as new strategies to use them to transmit knowledge. To reach the objectives of the present work, the methods used were through bibliographic research. The main authors that supported the research were Freire (1998), Zabala (1998) and Libâneo (1994). Research has shown that training is fundamental and plays a very important role in the classroom. It is a concern to be attentive to everything, it results in a differentiated look in its formation that today makes all the difference in this scenario in which we live.
