The work was developed with the aid of field research in exploratory, qualitative and bibliographical. We interviewed ten teachers who work in one of Child Education Centers Network municipal teaching New London, aiming at the survey data to identify the conception of playfulness and how this work is developed in the classroom. Given these data, a literature search was performed on websites, journals, articles and books, seeking theoretical foundation, knowledge and understanding of these issues. The results were tabulated, analyzed and presented in tabular form and discussion of the data collected. Working with the playfulness is an indispensable tool for teaching practice and the development of the child instrument, but it is necessary to point out that this practice is done in a limited way and that being so, there is a contradiction presented in the responses of teachers as theory and practice in the classroom of play activities. Este trabalho teve como temática analisar a importância da ludicidade no processo de ensino e aprendizagem da criança na educação infantil, pois o brincar permite a criança aprender a lidar com as emoções, equilibrar suas tensões, provenientes de seu mundo cultural, construindo sua individualidade. O trabalho foi desenvolvido com auxílio de pesquisa de campo, em caráter exploratório, qualitativo e bibliográfico. Entrevistou se dez professores que atuam em um dos Centros de Educação Infantil da rede de ensino municipal de Nova Londrina, visando o levantamento de dados para a identificação da concepção sobre a ludicidade e como é desenvolvido esse trabalho na sala de aula. Diante de tais dados, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, em sites, revistas, artigos e livros, buscando a fundamentação teórica, conhecimento e entendimento dessas questões. Os resultados foram tabulados, analisados e apresentados em forma de tabela e discussão sobre os dados levantados. O trabalho com a ludicidade é um instrumento indispensável para a prática pedagógica e para o desenvolvimento integral da criança, porém faz se necessário destacar que essa prática é feita de forma limitada e que sendo assim, há uma contradição apresentada nas respostas dos professores quanto a teoria e a prática em sala de aula das atividades lúdicas. 2020-11-24T14:18:24Z 2020-11-24T14:18:24Z 2014-03-26 specializationThesis MENDES, Fabíola Maria de Souza.
