Thus, school failure happens for inappropriate strategies making students often give up studying because their auditory limitation. Thus, the main objective of this research was to understand the difficulties that the deaf have found in the classroom, in the assimilation of knowledge and educational development, taking into account their cultural and social identity. Still, the specific objectives, tried to understand, observe and verify participation, behavior, student-student communication and inclusion of deaf students in learning where virtually everyone (students and teachers) are listeners environment. With theoretical background, issues such as public policies for special and inclusive education were discussed, covering education for all, without prejudice and discrimination. Through, this research analyzed what our rulers want there to inclusion, but that did not contribute properly to make it happen by providing a quality study and enjoyment of learning. Still, it was evident that the difficulties and barriers are diverse, but are fully mobilized and try to change that everything would be easier for both the deaf student, and for the schools that receive them. Esta pesquisa teve como temática: A Inclusão de Alunos Surdos no Ensino Regular. A justificativa do tema se deu pela busca do reconhecimento da diversidade e dos marginalizados por uma educação que contemple as diferenças, uma vez que temos vários surdos incluídos no ensino regular. Com isso, o fracasso escolar muitas vezes acontece por estratégias inadequadas fazendo com que os alunos muitas vezes desistam de estudar devido a sua limitação auditiva. Assim, o principal objetivo dessa pesquisa foi compreender as dificuldades que o surdo tem encontrado na sala de aula, na aquisição do conhecimento e no desenvolvimento educacional, levando em consideração sua identidade cultural e social. Ainda, os objetivos específicos, buscaram entender, observar e verificar a participação, o comportamento, a comunicação aluno-aluno e a inclusão dos alunos surdos, em ambiente de aprendizagem onde praticamente todos (aluno e professor) são ouvintes. Com embasamento teórico, foram abordadas questões como as políticas públicas para a educação especial e inclusiva, contemplando a educação para todos, sem que haja preconceito e discriminação. Por meio desta pesquisa, percebe-se que, teoricamente existem legislações que amparam a inclusão dos alunos surdos, mas que, estas políticas não contribuem no que diz respeita a capacitação e formação continuada dos professores para atenderem as especificidades dos alunos.
