This paper aims to present an investigation into the concepts literacy and literacy in early childhood education in order to expose their relevance to it. Were performed literature search and field research with the goal of checking how literacy and literacy should be worked in early childhood education and the understanding that the teacher possesses about these concepts and how to develop their educational practice around literacy and literacy. In this research literacy and literacy are presented as a very important step in kindergarten according to socio-interactionist theory pointing assumptions that gives foundation to the development of the process of literacy and literacy in early childhood education, without losing sight of its function to foster the development of children through educational practices that contribute playful nature of the processes of literacy and literacy. |
