This monograph has as literary technique and pedagogy to arouse interest and to provide the development of knowledge in the discipline of science. His conquest gave him a school manual of São José dos Campos, in the interior of the State of São Paulo. Two methods of research, bibliographic research and field research were explored. The monograph provides a reading of the learning source of the 21st century teacher’s ability to develop strategies that stimulate reading só that it can become a habit in the student’s life, lead him to seek information and to get to the relationships between them. Theoretical concepts and everyday life. It was based on theoretical sources, such as those that point out the importance and importance of the action for the formation of the individual.
