Resumo: This work aims to analyze Inclusive Education as a right to come and go in an appropriate elementary school environment, which can contribute to the inclusion of students with disabilities and their accessibility due to physical limitations such as the barriers encountered where the existence of these places the human being with reduced mobility against the discrimination and prejudice of those who should present a solution to the shadow of the laws previously constituted for this end. The applied methodology is based on the studies of authors with approaches related to the subject through books, magazines, periodicals and articles, extracted from the Internet and the understanding of the specific legislation in force and the accessibility of children with disabilities in elementary school Understand that situations that prevent disabled people from maintaining good social relations in school, sharing spaces that are conducive to the learning process, places them distant from exercising their rights and duties, transforming and intervening in public or private spaces with security. What the research shows is that the school is still unable to efficiently organize this assignment due to lack of teacher training, adequate spaces, more flexible pedagogical practices and a gradual commitment to all, using resources.
