This work had as its theme the use of mock-up as a teaching strategy aiming to make mathematical learning, in the view of the student, more attractive and uncomplicated. Over the years educators have sought teaching strategies to attract the attention and interest of learners by the content presented, which often reach school age already with a blockade for mathematics. Through the use of the model in teaching can join content with the practice of learners and observe the mathematical concepts that exist in the construction of a house. This project was carried out in a college in the interior of Paraná for a sixth grade class and in each mathematical concept presented to the students were interconnected to the situations experienced in a construction and also in their daily life, encouraging them always to expose what they understood and which their difficulties. With the accomplishment of this research it was verified that there was significant improvement in the interest and the learning with this strategy of education between them, being that the contents that can be approached with this project are practically almost all the curricular matrix of the sixth year of the elementary school. |
