Benchmarking is a tool for people management which aims to analyze the individual or a group of people within the organization that provides the synergy and commitment of employees in developing their performance skills. This research presents a theoretical approach to performance evaluation, traditional assessment types and new trends, such as management skills. Presents the structure of performance evaluation carried out in the company researched through research, complemented by two case studies in reference companies in sanitation using management skills as an evaluation method. As a result of the study brings an overview of performance evaluation used in public companies in the field of sanitation and a suggested model to improve the performance evaluation carried out in the company. |
