This research aimed to present the Performance Evaluation applied by the Municipality of São José dos Campos, checking whether the model adopted was adequate, then proposing possible improvements to the process. It is noticed that since this is a new project at City Hall since the Decree was regulated in 2012, there were still some glitches that corrected early, could prevent problems such as the motivation of public servants who were to participate this evaluation process. Through this documentary research demonstrated that the performance evaluation model adopted can be considered adequate, but it still needs some tweaking to become efficient and achieves the expected results. Descriptive and qualitative nature, this research makes use of the method of case study and documentary research as procedures for data collection. |
