This research presents an investigation into users' perceptions regarding the quality of services, quality of space, accommodation, and the attendance of employees, among others, from the point of view of the population that uses the Dr. Júlio Prestes de Albuquerque Municipal Library space. We used the questionnaire method with closed questions and one open to users to express their opinion, 79 users responded. It was identified that even with some criticism of the services and collection we can observe that in general the Municipal Library Dr. Júlio Prestes de Albuquerque, has a good concept and a good image before the community, for offering a good space for the study and cultural activities. |
