This study aimed to verify the importance of practical activity in the assimilation of the contents of the second grade students of high school, the discipline of biology. The activities were implemented: creation of models of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells (plant and animal), extraction of DNA from strawberry, blood typing and testing structures DNA.Os schemes results were presented with graphic images of activities that had total participation of students reporting the importance of having different classes with interesting experiences, facilitating the process of teaching and learning. |
