Resumo: In this paper, a reflection on evaluation in the school environment, and as a result had an experience with fault analysis and troubleshooting, developed with students from 8th grade of elementary school, a public school. For this, he was employed a test from the solutions found and the errors committed. In this sense were made some suggestions for interventions, which could lead the student to discover their errors and pursue in the learning process, where it is believed that the evaluation presents a transformative reflection in action, in which drives the new reflections. Therefore, the permanent reflection of educator about your reality and followed step by step the learner will have as its path to knowledge construction.
