The purpose of this work was considered the various alternatives that can bring well-being to very young learners (7-8 years) enrolled in school full-time, staying in schools for the period from 7: 00hs until 16: 10 am, for 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). To receive award lessons of curricular workshop health and quality of life, on the Board of Araraquara Teaching / SP, the start was given to the performance of activities related to the project presented in the application, the Full Time School (ETI) Ernesto Masselani , located in Matão/SP. All development work took place in the school year period of 2015. With this work can demonstrate the need for effective yoga practice for students who attend school full-time, and the results support the efficacy and human development achieved in certain period, which can be offered in the extra curriculum of the school, the exact legal and intentional manner. |
