This work had as its theme overweight among adolescents. The Age understands that adolescence is very complicated. Individuals in this stage are closely linked to the appearance, but are also easy for the food industry that often does not have as healthy products for consumption targets. Thus, the aim of this study is to evaluate the situation of food habits and body mass index of students, from this result as a basis for a possible interference for pedagogical direction and school teaching staff. For the realization of this work has made use of literature search, rose some research questions, and then held a field research, qualitative and exploratory, in State College Aldo Dallago located in the municipality of Ibaiti. At this stage the research questionnaire was used as an instrument of data collection aimed at pupils in question. By providing grants to those responsible for nutrition education in school, they will have in hand an important survey of the types of food consumed and more that are missing in the daily diet of the students so that it can through educational practices, educate individuals to have their controlled their weight and eating healthy. Knowing this fact, the study is important for, and possible future interventions can be planned and performed in schools, seeking a new position of the eating habits of the students, making them aware citizens of the feed position, both within the school environment, as elsewhere, thus disseminate knowledge to their families. |
