This work had as its theme to observe the existence or not of limiting paradigms to the consumption of transgenic foods among students of the last year of Elementary School. For this, a questionnaire was applied to 100 students, aiming at unveiling their opinion and their knowledge about the subject. Among other findings, 66% said they did not know anything about this theme, while the remaining 34%, believed they knew about it. At the end, it is concluded that the existence of some resistance to the consumption of Transgenics is moderate, quantitatively in the same proportion of 34%, who claims to have any knowledge about this subject. It was still perceived that the school should pay more attention to this theme, since it is the largest diffuser of this information among the respondents, being largely ahead of television and other mass media. |
