A healthy diet is one that provides all the nutrients necessary for the performance of day-to-day, being it physical or mental. Nowadays, healthy food is one of the world concerns. So that, an appropriate nutrition is already part of school projects in early childhood education. It was thought during this work, the encouragement of healthy eating through "ludic activities, specifically, playful strategies for encouraging the fruit and vegetable supply. The research was initially conducted from the reading of a story entitled "The importance of vitamins and minerals", seeking to know the empirical understanding of children. Following were developed recreational activities involving the group of children studied. Thus, it was possible to observe the interaction of students with games of fruits and vegetables, making it possible to note the interest of students, and to familiarize them with the foods to which they were presented. The children reported with enthusiasm what they had eaten during the week. On the day of the games "Hopscotch" and "Food Trail" expectations were surprising because in kindergarten most of the students had never played Hopscotch, and so it was able to evidence the wonder of children with the games played .This way, the playful activity was an important pedagogical tool in the teaching-learning so that there was a satisfactory return by children. |
