This work has as its theme the formation of the public manager in basic education, especially from some authors, the main challenges and limitations that these professionals are in daily school life. Initially are addressed current issues such as globalization, the learning society, the importance of flexibility, learning to learn and socialize. To these themes joins ongoing research that contribute to individual and collective training in seeking improvements in the quality of education. In this research manager is placed as key to foster community, decision-making shared by the school community, thus delimiting the listing exercise the functions of Manager for the success of an autonomous school community, which aims above all, the learner actively and emotionally, so that it can take ownership of values, beliefs, knowledge and socio historical framework, this ownership that gives significantly both for themselves and for each other, making the learner a conscious person responsible, active in the transformation of reality into which it is inserted. The present study as a result of the importance of vocational training in the management of public education. This training which will enhance, perhaps build skills that will be required for this professional act comprehensively on all school community, seeking social and human development, a successful inclusive education. |
