Resumo: This work was uneventful thematic analysis of the organizational climate within the District Forum belonging to the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo. Interest in the subject was piqued by the changes occurring in society, which become increasingly intertwined relationship between aspects of culture and organizational climate and its influence on the behavior of individuals. The improvement in the delivery of judicial services, as desired by society, permeates, inevitably, by a healthy and harmonious organizational climate in court registries. Based on these assumptions, a questionnaire addressed to the clerks that they might be checked their perceptions of organizational climate and the performance of their work and their satisfaction in being part of this organ was applied. This descriptive data were generated through the theoretical basis arising from literature. A case study was done with quantitative and qualitative approach, seeking to obtain the dynamic between the quality of work life perceived the District Forum and its interference with the performance of the servers in the provision of judicial services. The results showed that, despite some negative aspects, the servers in question are satisfied and believe that the organizational climate is harmonious. Link up recommendations for further studies on the need for improvements in the practice of human resource management.
