This research presents an issue as the behavior of individuals within the workplace, taking into account the influence of the physical working conditions in the (de) motivation and motivation of the Department of Communication of the municipality of Santana de Parnaíba. Concepts about working conditions, public organizations, motivation, motivational theories and demotivation are listed, providing a theoretical basis for the research and connecting the individual, organization and relationships. Completion is performed with a quantitative survey, using a questionnaire, which enabled us to identify how servers realize the conditions of their work environment, which respects these working conditions promote the demotivation of the servers and which aspects of these working conditions promote motivating servers. |
